HONOLULU — Executive Chef Hyun Kim’s contemporary and innovative dishes have for the third year in a row secured the top spot for O’Kims Korean Kitchen as Best Overall Korean in Honolulu Magazine’s annual Hale Aina Awards highlighting some of the best in Hawaii’s restaurant industry.

Chef Kim continues to push the boundaries of Korean cuisine by blending the traditional flavors of Korea with modern techniques and artful presentations. Kim’s commitment to incorporating fresh local and international ingredients adds to the dining experience.

The concise menu offers classics such as Kalbi and Bibimbap alongside Confit Pork Belly Brulee, Seaweed Salmon and Garbanzo Curry with each ingredient thoughtfully prepared and combined to showcase the depth of Korean flavors.

Guests can order online or make dining reservations through OpenTable.
