HONOLULU, Hawaii — On Thursday, DOH's Food Safety Branch issued Dragon Tea a green "opened" placard, after a follow-up inspection revealed all violations were resolved. 

Dragon Tea at 1339 N. School Street Unit 104 was closed because it had a sewage overflow in the kitchen, according to a Hawaii Department of Health news release. 

The DOH’s Food Safety Branch issued a red “closed” placard to the Taiwanese food and bubble tea spot on Monday. 

During a routine inspection, a DOH inspector discovered that Dragon Tea had a sewage overflow in its kitchen. 

DOH advised the food establisment to monitor and maintain its wastewater disposal.
