• All neighborhood centers will be closed Thursday
• The Hanapepe Sunshine Market will be closed Thursday
• The Puhi Metals Recycling Center will be closed Thursday
• All HI5 Redemption Centers will be closed Thursday
• All refuse transfer stations will be closed Thursday
• The Waimea and Kapaa swimming pool will be closed Thursday
• The schedule for residental refuse pick-up will remain unchanged
• The Kauai Bus will be operating on its regular schedule on Thursday
