Hawaii has reported 1,215 new cases of COVID-19 within the last week, bringing the statewide total to 340,729 according to the Hawaii Department of Health.

Eleven new deaths were reported, bringing the statewide death toll to 1,655.

The bulk of the cases were reported on Oahu, with 805. Maui is next with 151, followed by Hawaii Island with 134, Kauai with 86, and Molokai with 7. Lanai had none.

There were 32 cases from out-of-state visitors.

The statewide vaccination rate stands at 77.3%, with 1,099,611 residents having completed the "primary series"; 1,220,611 residents having had at least one dose; 637,404 residents having had the first booster; and 165,533 residents having had the second booster.

Honolulu County reported the highest vaccination rate among its residents at 89%. Maui County and Kauai County follow with 79% fully vaccinated, and Hawaii County is at 76%.
