ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester firefighters say the Red Cross is helping nine people with housing after a car fire spread to two houses on Flower City Park on Tuesday.
Firefighters arrived to the scene just before noon, with a car on fire between two houses.
The two-alarm fire extended inside both houses.
The department says there are no injuries at this time.
One person was able to escape safely once the fire started.
A family of two adults and six children lives in one of the houses.
