Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has once again been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week after orchestrating a 48-42 shootout victory over the Detroit Lions in Week 15.
On Sunday, Allen filled the stat sheet with 362 passing yards and 2 touchdowns, as well as 68 rushing yards and 2 more scores. With the performance, he became the first player in NFL history to record multiple pass touchdowns, multiple rush touchdowns, 350+ passing yards and 60+ rushing yards in the same game (including playoffs).
Allen also became the first player in NFL history with at least two touchdown passes and two rushing touchdowns in consecutive games and the first player all-time with three such games in a season.
This is Allen's third Offensive Player of the Week award this season and he now has 14 overall in his career.
The 11-3 Bills will face the New England Patriots at 4:25 p.m. on Sunday.
