The Buffalo Bills will be missing one of their top playmakers on Sunday when they host the Kansas City Chiefs in a major showdown at Highmark Stadium. Tight end Dalton Kincaid will be out with a knee injury.

Kincaid was hurt in a 30-20 win over Indianapolis last weekend and did not practice this week. The second-year player ranks second on the team with 34 catches and third with 356 yards receiving, while scoring two touchdowns.

Rookie wideout Keon Coleman will also miss his second straight game with an injury to his right wrist.

However, there is a chance wide receiver Amari Cooper could play on Sunday after missing the previous two games with a wrist injury.

Cooper will be listed as questionable going into the game.

His return could be a big boost for the Bills offense that is already without fellow receiver Keon Coleman, and now Kincaid as well.

Veteran tight end Dawson Knox could be one to step up in Kincaid’s absence.

"Such an important piece for us," head coach Sean McDermott said of Knox. "A leader for us as well. Just fun to watch him grow. I think he made the comment to me last week just about a lot of young guys saying that was a great game, great catch, and he was like, 'hey, I’ve been doing this for a while.' So I just love that veteran piece that he brings to our team."

Offensive tackle Spencer Brown is also questionable with an ankle injury.

The 8-2 Bills and the undefeated Chiefs kick off Sunday at 4:25 p.m. in Orchard Park.
