Buffalo Bills defensive back Taron Johnson has been named AFC Defensive Player of the Week for the first time in his 7-year career after the Bills defeated the Indianapolis Colts 30-20 this past Sunday.

Johnson earned the honors after he became the first defensive back in team history to log a sack and return an interception for a touchdown in a game. He also compiled 3 tackles, 1 sack and 2 passes deflected.

The Bills will host the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday at 4:25 p.m.
