The Buffalo Bills will be without a few key players when they travel to Houston this weekend to take on the Texans.

Defensive tackles Ed Oliver and Austin Johnson, wide receiver Khalil Shakir and safety Taylor Rapp will all be out for Sunday’s game in Houston due to injuries.

On the bright side, defensive stars Terrel Bernard and Taron Johnson are both questionable and do have a chance to play.

Shakir missing the game could be a big loss for the Bills offense, but head Coach Sean McDermott is counting Curtis Samuel among others to fill in.

"Thankfully we have Curtis and a couple of other guys that we move around and everything," McDermott said. "He’s a very important player to us, a very good player, and a guy that Josh has a lot of confidence in and rapport built up. We’ll miss him no doubt, but another opportunity for somebody to step up."

The 3-1 Bills and the 3-1 Texans kick off Sunday at 1 p.m.
