Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for the month of September, the third time he has won the award. Allen previously was named Player of the Month in September and December of 2020.

Throughout four games in September, Allen led all AFC QBs in total touchdowns (9), passer rating (116.5), touchdown to interception ratio (7-0) and was tied for most passing touchdowns (7).

In Week 3 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Allen became the first QB in NFL history to complete 75% of his passes, pass for 4 TDs with no turnovers, take no sacks and lead his team in rushing in the same game.

Allen's 101 pass attempts without an interception are the most to start a season for a Bills QB since Joe Ferguson in 1976.

The Bills will face the Houston Texans Sunday at 1 p.m.
