The case of a Rochester man accused of killing his neighbor is in the hands of a grand jury and prosecutors say it has already voted on at least one felony charge.

A complete slate of charges against 54-year old Greg Jesmer won't be known until next month.

Jesmer is accused of killing his 101-year old neighbor, Marcia Morrison, last Tuesday at their Green Knolls Drive apartment complex.

He's also accused of trying to lure a 13-year old girl to his apartment on the same day that Morrison's body was found.

A good Samaritan called police on Jesmer for the latter incident and he was later charged in his neighbor's death.
