SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: A Rochester mother has been charged wtih abandoning her children after a neighbor discovered a naked 3-year-old outside.

Sharisa Vazquez is facing reckless endangerment, EWOC and child abandonment charges. Some suspect that the children had been left alone on and off for days.
