Snapchat is an extremely popular way for high school- and middle school-age children to communicate. But some of that communication could lead to tragedy. Congressman Joe Morelle is now trying to open a dialogue with Snap Inc., the owner of Snapchat, to find ways to prevent future fatal outcomes for children like drug overdoses after sales of fentanyl-laced drugs through apps like Snapchat.
