CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. -- Five men who claimed they were in a shootout outside a Cheektowaga gentleman's club now face charges.
Terry Mims, Damone Cannon, Loren Williams, Lawrence Highsmith and Joseph Craig are all charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting outside Tryst Gentleman's Club early Sunday morning and found the men inside a car with a bullet hole in it.
Investigators found two guns and some empty shell casings.
Police say their claims of a shootout are under investigation.
