BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A 16-year-old suspect is in custody in the shooting death of a student at Buffalo's Burgard High School.
Kristian Piazza, 16, was killed October 13 of last year.
Sources say Piazza and 16-year-old Terrell Lockett were walking down Leroy Avenue when the suspect shot them both.
Lockett was treated and released from ECMC.
There is no word on the suspect's identity.
