Father Robert Yetter has resigned as pastor of St. Mary's of Swormville.

The Buffalo Diocese says Bishop Richard Malone received a new abuse complaint against Yetter, and that Malone asked for and received Yetter's resignation.

Yetter was placed on administrative leave while the investigation continues.
