Due to Keith Robbins' injuries, he has yet to be charged with any crimes connection to his estranged wife's death, but friends and co-workers of Shari Robbins tell Time Warner Cable News reporter Mike Arena they're glad he's off the streets.

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. -- Ashley Harrison has worked with Shari Robbins at Heritage Green Nursing Home, where she was loved by all the residents.

"She'll be missed on every shift, by every person she came in contact with residents, staff," Harrison said. "She was really bubbly and outgoing and even if she was having a bad day, you kind of knew, but she hid it so well."

Despite that, she was not completely shocked when she opened up her Facebook page Thursday morning and saw that Shari had been killed, and that her estranged husband Keith Robbins was a suspect.

"In passing, joked with me once that she thought if anything ever happened to her Keith did it, Keith would be the one who did it. I knew she was serious, but I couldn't take it seriously because I couldn't believe someone would want to stay with someone who hurt them," she said.

Keith Robbins was taken into custody as the conclusion of a six-day manhunt. He has yet to face charges connected to Shari Robbins' death. So for now friends will wait and remember Shari as a loving mother and a good person.

"Whole-hearted, spunky, fun, kind-hearted, accepting of everybody, made sure her kids were at every sport, she was just a great woman," said Lacie Abbey.

A funeral service for Shari Robbins will be held Thursday.
