BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Film crews are getting ready in downtown Buffalo as they prepare to film more sequences of "Marshall," a biopic about Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall. Shooting begins outside City Hall Friday afternoon.

Production has moved to Buffalo after some filming was done last week in Niagara Falls. A Williamsville man will have a small role in the film.

Christopher Georger will drive two of his classic cars around for various scenes in the movie. His daughter alerted him to a newspaper ad, asking for cars to be used in the film. He sent pictures of his '37 Dodge Coupe and '41 Chrysler New Yorker, and the rest is history. Georger says this is his third and final day of filming. He said this isn't his first time driving his cars for movies.

"This first one, I've owned it for a long time. It was also a cast car for 'The Natural.' That was shot right here in Buffalo also," said Georger.

Tim Clark with the Buffalo Niagara Film Office says several big scenes will be shot around Niagara Square Friday afternoon.

Filming will take place from 2-7 p.m.
