Police say 41-year-old Adrian Lias shot Officer Christopher Bridgett and 28-year-old Darnell Davis while they were sitting in a car outside of the Groove Cafe and Lounge on Broadway early Sunday morning.
Lias is charged with assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
His co-defendant, 40-year-old, Reginald Hokes, is facing a weapons charge.
