A much needed break for the heat was felt Monday. The wedge, that brought the cooler temps, will scour out Tuesday afternoon or early evening. We'll return to the mid to lower 80s for highs.
Our next weather maker will arrive later Wednesday and then move slowly across the area Thursday. The cool front should trigger a round of showers and storms Wednesday evening and again on Thursday. Some storms Thursday could have some teeth.
