Weak high pressure remain across the area through Friday afternoon. An upper level low will track from the Great Lakes and into the region as the weekend unfolds. Thus, showers and storms are possible each day with Saturday a bit more productive than Sunday at this point. We'll be tweaking as we get into Friday.

On the upside, some areas that need rain, could finally get some rain. I know a number of farm folks have been left out of the rain shower lottery of late.

Temperatures are expected to be seasonal through the period, at least for the daytime highs. Overnight lows will be several degrees above the norms of upper 60s.
