CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- An annual survey conducted by the Center for Digital named both Rock Hill and Rowan-Salisbury County schools as  top districts for technology and reaching benchmarks.

This is Rock Hill’s second year making the top 10 list.

The Digital School Districts Survey “awards the school boards/districts that most fully implement technology benchmarks in the evolution of digital education, as represented in the survey questions.”

Awards are presented to schools in three categories – 3,000 or less students, 3,000 – 12,000 students and 12,000 or more students.
