CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. -- A report of an active shooter Friday night at a plant in Catawba County, but police say no one was hurt.

Police say Cheng Lee, 25, opened fire inside the break room at Advance Pierre Foods in Claremont.

The chief says Lee was targeting his wife who works at the plant.

He says Lee got away from the scene but they caught up with him about 3:30 Saturday morning.

Charges include discharging a firearm in an occupied building with the intent to incite fear.
