CHARLOTTE -- A video is circulating online of a bloody brawl between fans at the Bank of America Stadium during Saturday's ACC Championship Game.

Reed Fletcher, 22, is charged with assault and was the primary aggressor, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.  

In the video posted by Corey Washington, it appears that someone was thrown into the chairs and on the concrete floor. Other people were screaming about children being around.
