The forecast over the next several days is tricky due to a front toying with the area.  Temperatures will slowly reach the 60s this afternoon, but warmer weather will head our way this evening as the front lifts back north as a warm front.

After almost summer-like weather yesterday, we're back to reality today due to a cold front that arrived overnight.  Behind this front, clouds will linger most of the day.  Later today temperatures will slowly warm into the low 60s but some 70s will be found west of Bexar county as the warm front pushes through sooner.  This front is expected to lift north as a warm front later this evening.  Behind the warm front temperatures will hold steady tonight or actually rise a few degrees.

A Pacific cold front will sweep through late tonight.  This should bring a drier air mass and some sunshine Sunday.  Since this is a weak cold front, temperatures should rise through the 60s during the afternoon.  Sunday looks warmer as we see some sunshine.  A weak Pacific cold front will get rid of most of the cloud cover allowing temperatures to warm into the 70s.

Colder air will push into the area next week.  We'll also have chances for rain from Tuesday through Thursday as weak disturbances ride the jet stream from the Pacific through Mexico and into the Lone Star State.  Highs will be in the 50s to near 60.
