AUSTIN, Texas — The 2022 South by Southwest festival will mark a return to an in-person experience, and if comedy is your thing, it has you covered.
Among the highlights this year are Monty Python founder John Cleese, standup comic Doug Benson, comedian and writer Bonnie McFarlane, comic Rich Vos, comic Jim Gaffigan, and Austin favorite and frequent Master Pancake collaborator Vanessa Gonzalez.

The laughs don’t end there. Among the featured sessions this year is “The Kids in the Hall: Comedy Punks.” All five founding members - Dave Foley, Bruce McCulloch, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney and Scott Thompson – will discuss their comedy legacy as well as a new two-part Amazon Original documentary chronicling the famed Canadian troupe.
