A Liverpool man is facing multiple charges for allegedly abducting a woman and sexually assaulting her.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office says 19-year-old Prince Royal-Clanton forced his way into the woman's car after she struck him with her vehicle as he was walking.

It happened at the intersection of John Glenn Boulevard and Oswego Road around 5 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies say he claimed he was armed, demanded money and forced the woman to drive to a nearby apartment complex where he allegedly assaulted her in the parking lot.

The victim reported the attack and the investigation led deputies to Royal-Clanton.

He's charged with second-degree kidnapping, first-degree criminal sex act and first-degree robbery.

He was arraigned in Town of Cicero Court.
