AUSTIN, Texas — South by Southwest is gearing up for its 37th year, and Billboard is bringing back its annual three-day concert series, “The Stage,” with a lineup of artists set to perform at Moody Amphitheater from March 13-15.
Who is performing?
Country artist Koe Wetzel is slated to perform Thursday, March 13. The Texas-born singer-songwriter is best known for the song “High Road,” featuring Jessie Murph. Wetzel previously performed at the Moody Center in December.
Grupo Frontera brings Latin music to Austin on Friday, March 14. The Rio Grande Valley-based group has been at the forefront of globalizing the genre in recent years. Last year, they won a Latin Grammy for Best Norteño Album for their debut record, “El Comienzo,” and have collaborated with heavy hitters like Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma and Shakira.
John Summit closes out the series on Saturday, March 15. Summit is a DJ specializing in house music and techno who has performed at large festivals like Lollapalooza, Coachella and Tomorrowland.
How can I get tickets?
Tickets go on sale Jan. 31 at 9 a.m. through Moody Amphitheater. Those with SXSW Music and Platinum Badges and Music Festival Wristbands holders will have access to a reserved amount of tickets.
