TEXAS — The disastrous winter weather isn’t going away anytime soon, and Texas grocery staple H-E-B is doing what it can to make food available to as many people as possible.

Still, given ongoing power outages and dangerous driving conditions, some H-E-B locations will again have modified store hours on Wednesday. Some stores are very low on stock as well, and it could be a few days before things return to normal in that regard.
