WACO, Texas -- Waco police on Tuesday reported a woman has been charged in connection to the death of a toddler whose disappearance Monday triggered and AMBER Alert. 

Two-year-old Frankie Gonzalez went missing Monday afternoon. On Tuesday, his body was located in a dumpster. 

Police said the child's mother, 34-year-old Laura Sanchez, has been arrested and charged with first-degree felony injury to a child. Police said Frankie did not die of natural causes.
