AUSTIN, Texas -- Words of inspiration, fun quotes and art work are all helpful as we navigate the coronavirus crisis. One house in an Austin neighborhood is offering all of that.

Zita Raymond is a decorative paint artist. Her yard brings smiles to the faces of those who pass by.

"Now, the kids are bringing me artwork and the parents are coming up to me with these great different inspirational quotes and we are making it an okay time, when it's a scary time," said Raymond.

The art is even protected from the rain.

"I laminate the art but just to be safe, I have been putting umbrellas on all of the art work because it's precious to me," said Raymond.

She put out one sign asking for quotes and art work from kids and she says the response has been overwhelming. People have been coming by and leaving their thoughts and paintings on her porch.
