SAN ANTONIO -- Tom Herman was in San Antonio on Thursday to talk about the Longhorns' upcoming game in the Alamo Bowl. UT will match up against Utah on New Year’s Eve at 6:30 p.m.

Texas is coming off a disappointing 7-5 regular season. Almost immediately after their last game, Coach Herman made major staff changes. He is now looking for a new offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator.

“We need great recruiters first and great developers of talent,” said Herman. “The scheme part will take care of itself.”
