Media outlets from across the country were already in San Antonio Thursday morning for a special shootaround at the Spurs practice facility.

Re-sale tickets for the game are one of the most expensive prices of the Spurs season, ranging from $100 up to $1,850 on StubHub, but fans are encouraged to visit Spurs.com to ensure an authentic and secure purchase.

Due to the expensive ticket prices, a lot of people are getting their Ginobili fix at local bars and restaurants.

"When tickets are really expensive, really what people go to the game for is the environment. That's one of the things we offer here is you get to get out in a big crowd where you're interacting with the fans you can hear the cheers and the crowd and you get to watch the game on a great screen." -- The Friendly Spot Ice House Owner Steve Newman.

Managers say for a night like Thursday, they've been preparing and making sure they have enough food and drinks to last extra hours. They also say it's not uncommon to see their sales double or even triple for a game like this.

"We have full hands on deck ready to go. We're running our happy hour special a little bit longer just till the end of the game. We do have pizza and a pint for $10 so that's a pretty big pulse during the day." --The Ticket General Manager Jamie Maldonado.

We stopped by the Ticket and the Friendly Spot in Southtown, two local businesses known for their devoted Spurs fans. Seats were filling up and cheers from fans are getting louder as of Thursday afternoon. Fans have also been taking to Twitter using the hashtag #GraciasManu to show their support.
