SAN ANTONIO — Set to the backdrop of windy roller coasters and pristine ponds, Sea World offered a very tasty sneak peek into its 4th annual Seven Seas Food Festival.
The parks’ Executive Chef, Scott Ronczkowski was on hand at last night’s VIP preview, to offer insight into his favorable cuisine. Guests feasted on slow roasted sticky ribs and Brazilian sausages, tuna poke bowls and passion fruit and guava cream custard bowls.
The selected dishes are just a few of the more than 55 food tastings available during the festival. The event will also features imported beers, craft cocktails and wines.
