There were strong words from San Antonio Police Chief William McManus following Thursday's shooting.
During a Coffee with Cops event on Saturday, McManus went into depth about the shooting that killed Officer Miguel Moreno and left Officer Julio Cavazos injured.
McManus described Moreno's final moments through body cam video and said he's never seen so much evil unfold on one his own officers.
"That was probably the toughest video that I've watched in my career and if you watch that video, and you don't have tears in your eyes, then you're a rock. You're an inanimate rock with no feelings," said McManus.
Proceeds from Saturday's event will go to the 100 Club of San Antonio which benefits the families of fallen first responders.
