CLEVELAND — The City of Cleveland has issued data related to crime this spring, when compared to 2023, noting decreases across various categories and overall.
Homicides saw a 46.2% decrease, burglaries 18.5%, grand theft-motor vehicles 18.3% and robberies 6%.
The data looks at the period of March 19 to May 10. Crimes across the board decreased 6.7%.
They face a 51-count superseding indictment.
Police say the shootings occurred off campus at 10:15 p.m., about an hour after a Euclid High School football game.
Akron-based FirstEnergy Corp. announced the deal Tuesday, a day after it filed the agreement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The breakthrough came as a result of new DNA testing.
