WASHINGTON, D.C. - A representative from the state of South Carolina will be presenting to a Senate committee on Thursday. Administrator and consumer advocate Carri Grube Lybarker, is sharing the state department of consumer affairs' work in helping people spot, avoid and recover from scams, with members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to highlight the great work of SCDCA’s staff on a national stage,” said Lybarker. “We hope the information we share will be helpful to the committee as they navigate a path forward for combatting fraud and scams.”
