PICKENS, S.C. - The Market at the Mill in Pickens, South Carolina is lending a helping hand to the people of Western North Carolina who are still dealing with the aftermath from Hurricane Helene.

With a record cold front coming through the Southeast, the business is donating tanks of propane to help keep people warm.

The facility manager for The Market at the Mill, Barry Crawford, shared a post on his Facebook page asking for assistance in whatever way people could contribute.

In addition to the propane, Crawford and others at The Market at the Mill are taking cash donations. If you have a propane tank that you would like to donate, you can simply drop it off at The Market at the Mill company truck parked outside the Market.
