COLUMBIA, S.C.-- Casting Cleaning Resources (CCR), announced it will be expanding its Greenwood County operations. The company’s five million dollar investment will create 42 new jobs while retaining existing ones. 

“South Carolina’s workforce continues to be a foundation for the success of our existing companies and will greatly benefit from the job opportunities this expansion creates.” Said Governor Henry McMaster. 

The Greenwood County operation, which was established in 2019, provides expert casting cleaning services for industrial applications. 

Company leaders say the operation will relocate from Hodges to a standalone, 56,120 square foot facility at 104 Stoneridge Court in Greenwood. 

“We are thrilled that Casting Cleaning Resources has chosen to expand its operations in Greenwood County. This $5 million investment is a testament to the strength and loyalty of our local workforce…” said Greenwood County Council Chairman, Chuck Moates. 

Operations are expected to be online in January 2025.
