ROCK HILL, S.C. - Nearly two weeks after South Carolina was hit by a strong hurricane. One city in the Palmetto state is now serving as a sort of shelter for people expected to be impacted by Hurricane Milton.

The city of Rock Hill has offered up special camper and R.V. spots for a week free of charge. The Rock Hill parks and recreation department has volunteered its parking lot behind the city's BMX track. Each parking spot has hookups for water and electricity.
