A warming trend will keep temperatures rising through midweek along with clouds and showers.

Spotty showers are possible through this evening and tonight as lows fall into the low 60s. Skies will be mostly cloudy with some patchy fog possible.

More scattered showers are possible Wednesday as a warming trend kicks in along with more humid conditions. Highs will be in the upper 70s or low 80s with a muggy feel.

The warming trend peaks ahead of our next front Thursday. It will be hot and humid with highs near 90 degrees and storms moving in, possibly late as a cold front passes through. Some storms could be strong or severe, with gusty winds and heavy rain.

It should dry out by Friday after the front passes and a warming trend kicks in this weekend into next week with 90s expected early next week.

Mostly cloudy

Low: Low 60s; Winds: Southeast at 5 mph
