TOWN OF VICTOR, N.Y. -- After 13 years, Cole & Parks in the Town of Victor is scheduled to close on Friday.

Daniele Family Companies says it's buying the Rowley Road property from restaurant owner Bill Collins in order to build a Royal Car Wash.

The original proposal to tear the building down and rebuild it was discouraged by the Town of Victor Planning Board and Victor Historical Committee.

They say the building is more than 200 years old.

It's listed as high in importance by the Landmark Society of Western New York.

The Daniele family is now discussing ideas for the existing building.

Victor would be the sixth location for Royal Car Wash in Western New York.
