Syracuse's men's and women's lacrosse teams have reached the quarterfinal round of their respective NCAA tournaments.

The Orange men rallied from a one-goal halftime deficit to eliminate Towson (Md.) 20-15 on Sunday, while the women held off Stony Brook 15-10.

Joey Spallina and Owen Hiltz scored four goals each for Syracuse's men (12-5), who will next meet Denver on Sunday at noon in Towson for a trip to the Final Four. Spallina added four assists, while Jake Stevens added three goals for Syracuse.

Emma Tyrrell led Syracuse's women (15-5) with five goals, while Olivia Adamson added three goals and three assists for the victors. The Orange next face Yale on Thursday at JMA Wireless Dome.
