End Antisemitism Now held a free community event Monday night at the Palace Theatre in Syracuse. The goal was to talk about the rise of antisemitism on campuses across the country.

The non-profit organization teamed up with Syracuse University for the event.

According to the Anti-Defamation League, since the attacks of October 7, 2023, the percentage of Jewish students who said they felt comfortable with others on campus knowing they are Jewish dropped by nearly half.

"Many Jewish students don't feel safe anymore on their campuses and that is just a travesty for our whole country to allow this to happen," said Brian Raphael, the president of End Antisemitism Now.
