The Buffalo Bills and linebacker Matt Milano have agreed to a two-year extension, keeping him in Orchard Park through 2026.

Milano was selected as a first-team All-Pro and named to the Pro Bowl both for the first time in 2022. The 28-year-old Boston College product will enter his seventh year with the Bills next season after being drafted in the fifth round by Buffalo in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Milano started 15 games for the Bills in 2022, and totaled 99 tackles, two fumble recoveries, three interceptions, and one interception returned for a touchdown.

He was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Week in Week 11, after earning 12 tackles, including three for loss, a sack and a fumble recovery in the Bills' 31-23 win over the Cleveland Browns.
