Two young men have been arraigned on several charges in connection with the Watertown fire that injured two firefighters.
Two teenagers, Scott Munson and John Long, both 18, have been charged with fourth-degree arson, first-degree assault and reckless endangerment for their involvement in the fire, police say.
Authorities in Watertown say they intentionally set the fire at a vacant building on Newell Street Monday.
One of the two firefighters injured has been released from the hospital, while the other is being treated in Syracuse.
The Watertown Fire Department, state fire investigators, the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, and the sheriff’s department all assisted in the investigation.
Munson and Long are being held without bail. They are both due back in court Thursday.
