The Coxsackie man convicted of killing two passengers in his car while driving drunk in 2014 is expected to be sentenced Wednesday.
A jury found 26-year-old Tyler Pascuzzi guilty in February of manslaughter and aggravated vehicular homicide. Prosecutors say he was speeding and driving drunk on the Thruway when he hit another car and then a tractor trailer. Two passengers in the car, Alicia Tamboia and Cody Veverka, were killed.
Pascuzzi is facing up to 25 years in prison at his sentencing.
