Two Livingston County residents are accused of operating a sophisticated marijuana growing operation from inside their Lima residence over the course of several years.

Rebekah Schreppel, 27, and Dennis Nelson, 29, face charges of criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful growing of marijuana. Troopers executed a search warrant at the Lima home where they say they discovered three indoor grow enclosures, an elaborate ventilation system, eight pounds of processed marijuana, 146 plants along with $19,000 in cash.

In addition, police say the couple had a system to extract the THC from the plants in order to produce the drug 'Shatter.' Both were arraigned in Lima Town Court. They're both due back in court July 11.
