This week marks four years since Superstorm Sandy hit parts of New Jersey and New York City. The state is approaching a very important deadline that advocates say could save people's lives if another storm like Sandy hit New York. Members of Nature Conservancy say the state is using decades-old maps to make decisions on infrastructure, and is falling behind in establishing sea level rise projections. If those aren't finalized by November 10th, the DEC will have to re-start the process. Amanda Lefton outlines what steps the Conservancy want Governor Cuomo to take.
