Record heat is possible in the Desert Southwest, California and Texas where highs will climb to 15-20 degrees above average. Elsewhere, above average spring warmth is likely outside of the Great Lakes.

Overall, a mild night for most of the country. Lows remain 10-15 above average in the West.
Precipitation Outlook
A large upper level low will continue to spin over Quebec and Ontario allowing for lake effect snow for Michigan and New York. Some rain is possible in parts of New England.
A weak system could bring scattered showers from the Midwest to Mid-Atlantic.
Strong to severe storms possible in southern Oklahoma and northern Texas Tuesday evening into Wednesday.
